Who would complain about a single strip to celebrate Halloween in the Peanuts comics in 1999? This would be the last original Halloween-related strip Charles Schulz would create. Linus never did get to see the Great Pumpkin, but we all know he's still out there, waiting patiently in the pumpkin patch.

Happy Halloween! We made it through a whole month of Halloween Peanuts comic strips! This is the first of two installments to celebrate the day - the last two years of Halloween in the Peanuts comic strip.

For some reason, after 15 years, Marcie still can't seem to get the Great Pumpkin's name right. Still, her heart is in the right place, and she volunteers to help Linus spread the word. At least some help is better than no help... is it?
